Old hand operated press to mold the front side
Each piece is made by hand
Riveting the toolbox with 4mm solid rivets. Using a modified rivet squeezer or the good old rivet gun.
Mounting the tube grip to the body. For that we use a modified tool for our rivet gun and flow forming..
Riveting the 4mm solid rivets with the rivet gun and an improvisational bucking bar.
Last step is polishing the toolbox by hand and with the cyclo polisher and the final control.
